Based in Castle Farm, the Knife and Fork Bakery produces high-quality and innovative gluten-free creations. From artisanal breads (including sourdoughs, sandwich loaves, and focaccias) to sweet treats (including indulgent brownies and granolas bursting with fruits and seeds). The bakery ingredients are certified as gluten free, and should be suitable for Coeliacs. Orders can be placed online to collect from the Castle Farmhouse, or for delivery to a specific address using a delivery service.
