SLS Full Property Management Services
If you choose our full management service, SLS will act as your host and representative on the ground, taking care of everything from housekeeping co-ordination and linen to being the first point of contact for your guests during their stay* to organising compliance checks.
*We call it the “4th Emergency Service” because we know guests want quick responses from the company they book with and not to be passed from pillar to post. Customers want quick support and answers to questions with an out of hours service where necerssary.
High quality Housekeeping and Linen Supplies
High quality housekeeping is at the heart of our services. Your guests expect a high standard of housekeeping and we aim to match and exceed guest expectations. We spend a lot of time investing in recruitment, training and retention of housekeeping staff.
We provide hotel quality linen for your guests. Guests who stay longer than 8 nights are provided with a weekly linen change as part of their stay. This allows us to keep an eye on your property condition throughout the stay.
In addition, in all properties we fully manage full Welcome Packs including basic starter goods for guests including tea, coffee, milk plus hotel quality toiletries such as hand soaps, shampoos and conditioners.
It is critical that your property adhers to legislative health and safety requirements. This can be daunting and time consuming. Our compliance support means we instruct and arrange these services for you on an ongoing basis.

At SLS we undertake a schedule of proactive, planned maintenance at a property to ensure that your property runs smoothly.
As part of our fully managed service, two detailed property checks are carried out each year in order to assess the general condition of your property and identify any improvements that might be required. In addition, our team can arrange other regular services you might need such as:
