Short Let Stay Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes your holiday or business plans may change. 

When you make your booking with us, we do require a 30% non-refundable deposit of the rental value at the time of booking. The remaining balance is then due for payment 42 days (6 weeks) prior to your arrival date (and this payment is non-refundable.)

We strongly recommend that all guests take out holiday and cancellation insurance to protect yourself and your party, should you need to cancel your booking. 

If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact us directly, as soon as possible.
