Really fantastic stay. The cottage is beautiful, clean, in a great location.
Hannah’s cottage was clean, well equipped and cozy. I was very comfortable there
Lovely cottage, very well equipped and maintained. Beautiful surroundings. Very warm and homely feel to the place. Probably one of the best equipped and maintained apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Location is very quiet definitely need a car to stay here.
The property was perfect providing a home from home feel. Lovely cottage in a lovely spot.
StuartLovely, did not disappoint! Very cosy and comfortable in January – a great base for a course nearby!
Don’t drive down the lane, after unloading next to the gate as you can’t turn round in the charming narrow lane – reverse out straight away.. it’s an old house, so takes a while to warm up in the early am – plan ahead.. What’s not to like otherwise, a perfect charming base! Wish I was there in the spring/ summer on holiday with more daylight!!
Hannah’s Cottage is a cosy cottage nestled in the centre of Adderbury, a stunning and very friendly village. The space was well equipped and we were able to cook 3 of the nights during our stay and went to the Red Lion for a lovely dinner on our first night. The cottage was cosy and comfortable. The welcome goodies were a very welcome addition thank you. We hope to return in the summer and do some more walks when the ground is less wet!
SimonHannah’s Cottage is such a lovely place, it was a real pleasure to get to stay there. It is very well located right in the middle of Adderbury, which is a beautiful village near the town of Banbury and many other attractive places to visit, and it has a very nice cafe, a shop, and multiple pubs on the doorstep, plus a huge supermarket down the road. The cottage is really pretty, spacious, warm and cosy. It was even nicer in reality than the photos suggest. It is very well appointed, with all of the provisions you might need to make you feel at home. The hosts were lovely – really responsive and very kind and helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We can highly recommend this delightful cottage, which was a very comfortable home for us for 3 weeks!
StephenThe cottage was easy to find and enter thanks to the excellent communication from SLS. On entering I was pleased to find the heating on, it was a cool day, and some lovely, thoughtful goodies on the kitchen table along with tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped and lacked for nothing. We did not find the stairs a problem but were relieved to discover the toilet off the bedroom. The bed was awesomely comfy and we slept very well. Loved the spacious lounge and comfy settees and the netflix was welcome on Saturday as well. All in all we felt we had chosen well and will book again when we next visit the area.
JasonHosts were amazing, lovely peaceful cottage….will use again
SimoneLovely property and great hosts, super communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!
EllieWhat a lovely space! I was here for almost two weeks for work, and I couldn’t have had a better time. Everything was so peaceful and relaxing and it was a lovely home to unwind in after long hours at work.
ClodaghWe enjoyed our stay in your lovely little cottage in the heart of Adderbury village close to pubs, village shop, church and plenty of lovley walks . And within walking distance of our daughters family home where we were celebrating our graddaughters first birthday. We were concerned that there was no off street parking but had no difficulties finding a place to park very close to the cottage each day. It was a very hot few days – summer heat wave- so we could have been very uncomfortable but your thoughtful provision of a very efficient and quiet fan in the bedroom made such a difference that we both slept very well. We had a small mishap in the time we were there which we reported to the hosts on our departure. They were so understanding and made us feel at ease. Thank you for your hospitality, we will recommend you to friends and family and would be happy to return in the future.
JanetWe had a pleasant stay. The location in a very nice village, and the comfort. The wifi connection was downright bad and that has not been fixed.
AnsWe had a very nice stay and the host let us know by a lovely postcard that we did not need to hurry to check out and could have a Sunday lunch first.
MartinBeautiful place in a stunning area, grateful for our stay
Lovely place to get away from it all! Lovely characterful old cottage. Had everything you needed- washing machine, dishwasher etc. The hosts even left tea, coffee, milk and chocolate. Very quiet area in an attractive village with beautiful views nearby on country pathways. Banbury not far away also worth a visit.
SharonGreat homely cottage and spacious for two people, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom makes everything relaxed and easy, nice peaceful location so we really enjoyed our visit!
RickyA quaint and quirky cottage set in a overly old village. Do NOT drive down church lane. Park at the top as the entrance is the first gate on the right. Clean, comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed the inn’s and restaurants close by. The lakeside walk too. I would have like a deep hot bath but the water ran cold…Despite this…We loved the place. The owner was lovely. We will return in the future.
DeeLovely little cottage with all listed amenities. Parking can be a little tricky if coming back late (I work late shifts) but I always found a spot eventually. Easy to find and clear instructions and communication from hosts. Super comfy bed and lovely welcome card and goodies! Was very much appreciated. Thank you.
Fantastic place. Cosy cottage with lots of pubs in walking distance and lots of things to do just a short drive away. Loved it, would fully recommend.
Everything. Fantastic accommodation, Marvellous hosts Wonderful village
We had such a lovely stay in Hannah’s Cottage. Located almost in the middle of Adderbury, right by the shop and pubs (The Bell is about a 30 second walk if you enter through the back) however there is no problem with noise from the pubs in the evening! It feels like your own home when you stay here, it’s so cosy. When it got colder in the days and evenings, the hosts were kind enough to make sure we knew how to use the heating so that this wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you!
OliviaLovely little rustic cottage in a picturesque town. They provided a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits etc which was very much appreciated after a long journey. We found the place very comfortable and it was equipped with everything we could need!
GuinevereLovely host(ess) came out to meet us early upon arrival. The property was impeccable and happened to be in an exceptionally convenient location for our trip. It was not cheap for 2 nights accommodation but was worth it.
IanWe stayed in Hannah’s cottage for three nights, the place was clean, had everything that we needed and just as described. Felt very “homey” and in a quiet area with walking distance to pubs. Definitely worth it 🙂
AgataVery comfortable, cosy cottage in a quiet village with nice walks and local pub. Everything was good.. there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We would definitely stay again.
CathyWe really enjoyed staying at Hannah’s cottage & Christopher & Charlotte hospitality. For us the location was perfect as is walking distance from our family. The cottage was spacious, well appointment & comfortable. Just few suggestions for improvements: having carpet on an Airbnb bathroom is quite unhygienic, the sofas are gone-;) , the bathtub was not properly clean (plughole had lots of hairs & debris), the kitchen knives need sharpening. We highly recommend Hanna’s Cottage & look forward to coming back!
RosarioThe cottage was handy for our needs and comfy as usual. Thank you for a seamless booking experience.
KarenThe cottage was exactly as it looks in the pictures and Charlotte had left us a lovely welcome pack of good quality items tea/coffee/biscuits/fruit / milk and orange juice which were very welcome. The cottage was clean and the bed comfortable the only downside is the lack of outside space but there are three traditional pubs only a few metres away where you can sit outside and enjoy a drink! The village is lovely and we found it very quiet and peaceful
SueHannah’s cottage was perfect for us. We loved it.
