About SLS Residential

With over 15 years of experience in the Oxford and Cotswold property market, our director. Kelvin Fowler initially established Short Let Space, the leading furnished short-let and holiday cottage operator in Oxford.

Kelvin and his team offer a tailored Lettings and Full Management service in and around Oxford, understanding the diverse needs of both commercial landlords with multiple properties and individual property owners. Outside of work, Kelvin is a devoted father to three young boys and an avid cyclist and runner, residing just outside Oxford.

His personal passion lies in ultra-distance biking and participating in multi-day events. Kelvin is supported by a proficient property management team boasting over 20 years of collective experience in handling properties of all sizes in Oxford and the Cotswolds.
