Property and services were exactly per the photos and descriptions. Property was clean and easy to access. Communications with the agency were good and timely.
Amazing home! The place looks exactly like the photos, if not better. There were a few small issues, but they were handled quickly and professionally. Would definitely come back and stay again!
The house is the classic English townhouse. Two floors: equipped kitchen and living room downstairs and two bedrooms, one of which is a double, and a large bathroom upstairs. The location is great.

Instructions for entry were simple and clear. Ensuite bedroom was warm, spotless and nicely decorated.
All the equipment in the kitchen was modern, clean and worked well. The coffee/tea sachets were useful and the dishwasher was a bonus. The key safe system was good although we used the code system on the door which was very easy to use. Having good curtains at the windows was very good because so many apartments just have blinds which are not really sufficient to keep out morning light if you need to sleep, My key criteria was: quiet clean accommodation, location not too far from the city centre with good public transport and good curtains with a reasonable price tag.
Our only complaint was that the shower in the main bathroom was very noisy
Wonderful location. Although you are steps from the central bus station and outdoor (daytime) market, it was remarkably clean and quiet. The apartment was also very clean, and the host responded promptly to my one question. I recommend this apartment very highly!
