This house was a dream for us, in terms of comfort and location—so much so that we wanted to stay in the house more than go out!
A nice touch: they'll leave us breakfast. Good location for exploring the Cotswolds and very close to Oxford.
From the offset Ben was a delight to deal with, prompt, polite and informative at all stages. The house speaks for itself, all very clean modern and tidy, well presented and kitted out throughout. No hesitation in recommending, hope to return soon. There did appear to be something sticking out of the roof though.

Good location in a walkable distance to central Oxford. Clean house, comfortable beds, nice outside area, equipped kitchen (though no basic food items outside of tea and coffee). Downstairs bedroom had a constant ticking noise coming through the wall, only negative if you are a light sleeper.
Great cottage, very well presented and spotlessly clean. Minutes from Oxford, easy to find but in a nice rural location. Definitely recommended.

Nice, cozy space with lots of character. It’s ideally located in terms of closeness to city centre and attractions. Layout is what one would expect from these sort of properties, but the second bathroom located behind the kitchen was a bit of a faff. My one other minor complaint was the nighttime noise from drunken people cavorting outside on Saturday night.
