The Little Barn has been beautifully and tastefully decorated and creates a tranquil and special environment. When returning from a day out it felt like coming home. It is spacious, luxurious and everything has been meticulously selected and the ambience is superb. The nicest place we have ever stayed
We had a wonderful time at the Wedgewood Barn, we loved the big bed, wood burner and comfy sofa. It's a beautiful and peaceful place and the pub is only a short walk away, what more could you want. The owner was lovely, she kindly check in on us which was much appreciated.
A nice bijou apartment conveniently located for central Leamington
Excellent cottage in a good location. Only had breakfast at the cottage but there was a generous selection of crockery etc. Good standard of furnishings . Warm and cosy.

Lovely facilities in an excellent location.
We had a lovely stay at the Hayloft. The cottage was very clean, cosy and we felt at home straight away. There is a lovely view of a very picturesque garden and the kitchen was well equipped so we were able to comfortably cook. The hosts went above and beyond by leaving out cooking apples for us to take from their garden, providing thorough and clear instructions to access the property and a folder with local pubs, amenities and trip suggestions.

We spend 10 wonderful relaxing days in the Wedgewood barn, discovering the Cotswolds, enjoying the very comfortable and large bed, inspiring architecture and inner design of the barn; we found a few cobwebs and dust on arrival and saw some potential to foster the rear yard as a sunny breakfast spot.
