We loved everything about it the location , the rooms , the peaceful view , the hosts , the facilities. The beds were really comfortable, the place was spotless and the hosts popped over to say hello when we arrived. The admin by short lets space was excellent and the property is within 5 minutes walk to back entrance to Blenheim palace grounds and 2 minutes walk to the local church where the Churchill family are buried .

Beautiful apartment, immaculate and so clean. We will definitely stay again when visiting Leamington. Communication was great, instructions clear and Lottie was really helpful and friendly. A perfect holiday stay.
It was very good. It was close to the center of Oxford city, so it was convenient for me to return to my room between work at Oxford University and look around the city or have dinner there. It's also close to Oxford station, which was convenient for the return journey.
I booked the cottage for my family who were visiting. Liz and Rob were amazing. Always responsive and helpful, and resolved any issues that cropped up. Property is finihsed to a high standard. Very easy to get to city centre and Summertown high street was close by.
Everything was equipped, so I had a comfortable stay. It was comfortable, clean, and much better than the photos. I stayed because my daughter's dormitory was nearby, and I intend to visit again.
Gorgeous house for a family weekend away. Peaceful location with lots of walks in the countryside. The house itself if beautiful with all the equipment you need - my only suggestion is that a music speaker would have been really useful.
This was a great little flat, perfect for my parents. Location is convenient and being on the ground floor means you have access to the garden area, which during a heatwave was really helpful. Check in was easy - would say here again!
A rejuvenating oasis, minutes from the heart of bustling Oxford. The studio is stunning, thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, smartly ventilated and well heated. Tina is an absolute gem: welcoming, kind, and truly adorable. A wonderful experience from start to finish. With beautiful experiences comes great demand. I truly wish I had booked a longer stay, I didn’t want to leave.
