A lovely house in a great and picturesque location. Perfect base for our family of 5 to enjoy Oxford and surrounding areas. Owner couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Well equipped, comfortable with a lovely patio to enjoy. Nice selection of restaurants and boutiques within a few minutes walk, as well as a supermarket for essentials.

True to the listing and very clean I recommend!

We really appreciated how promptly Victoria communicated with us, including on our inquiry about local bicycle rentals. It's unfortunate that the timing of our stay was during construction nearby, but the location was worth the inconvenience. The stay was cozy with all the amenities to feel at home. The area is very walkable with a lovely path that follows the river into town.

All the equipment in the kitchen was modern, clean and worked well. The coffee/tea sachets were useful and the dishwasher was a bonus. The key safe system was good although we used the code system on the door which was very easy to use. Having good curtains at the windows was very good because so many apartments just have blinds which are not really sufficient to keep out morning light if you need to sleep, My key criteria was: quiet clean accommodation, location not too far from the city centre with good public transport and good curtains with a reasonable price tag.

Brilliant stay at Peashell farm as usual! Highly recommend ⭐️

Very nice home. I was unable to see upper floors because of my 'disability', but our grown up children enjoyed the top of the house. We were delighted with the backyard patio for dinner & conversation in the evening. Close to the Thames and the towpath. One of our most important checks is a big dining room table which was perfect.

Excellent location to loads of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable and cosy. Perfect stay for us visiting Bicester village. The Irish pub down the road is brilliant and only a 2 minute walk.

Farhiya - Jan 2026 - Booking.com

Very easy, all information were sent via email. There was no free car park to park my car overnight, all parking were pay parking around the area. Unless if you’re lucky enough to get street parking. Otherwise area is brilliant

Woodstock weekend! Lovely spacious property. Felt a couple of things could be improved on. Ideal location for Blenheim palace.
