The stay was fine, however, I was disappointed to be charged for the lack of kitchen cooker document. I have been charge to pay 54 pounds because a technician came to show us how to use the kitchen cooker which was not familiar to me. There was no documentation about this Kitchen cooker, and I didn't understand why I was charged to pay for that.
The property was amazing. Loads of space, super clean and comfortable and very well appointed. It was perfect for a large family Christmas holiday. It is perfect
It was a lovely peaceful few days at The Rabbit Hole. The cottage was traditional but with modern touches. It was cosy and inviting with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials like tea/coffee/oil/foil/tissues provided. There were nice touches including blankets and a starter pack for the log burner for getting cosy in the evenings.
A lovely little house very close to Oxford centre. Very comfortable and cozy.
We spent 10 days at the Bolthole and highly recommend it. It was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were helpful and accommodating. The Bolthole is located near many bus stops, close to wonderful restaurants, and an easy walk into the city centre.
