we had a great time at this property. the only downside was not having a good pub nearby (there is one but it is a pretty unusual place). but other than that the house was gorgeous, lovely garden, everything we could have needed and even some lovely gifts left for us there by the hosts.

A pretty cottage in Kirtlington. Comfortable beds. Parking space is small and quite dangerous as the cottage is situated on a bend. Basic provisions provided by host. High number of wasps around the property so the wasp spray provided was in regular use. Well situated for Blenheim Palace, Bicester village and Cotswold Wildlife Park.

We loved our stay in the tastefully decorated Loft. Heather and Tim were so welcoming and helpful. They provided lots of thoughtful touches including a delightful welcome basket of produce, thank you! This was the perfect retreat for us - very cosy and comfortable on a particularly chilly January week, lots of country walks, but close to great places like Oxford, Blenheim, Woodstock for easy visiting.
