Beautiful place very close to one of the back entrances to the public area of Blenheim palace. The flat was spacious, very clean, all newly renovated with everything needed. The landlord was lovely as well (we briefly met when going out one of the days). The place was in fact even better than we expected on the photos.
An iconic location with a great back story. Very comfortable accommodation and everything we needed for a family gathering. Convenient location for central Oxford by taxi or e-scooter and there is plenty going on around you in Headington too. The host Ben was excellent to deal with and very helpful with organising parking permits and providing information.
Nice, cozy space with lots of character. It’s ideally located in terms of closeness to city centre and attractions. Layout is what one would expect from these sort of properties, but the second bathroom located behind the kitchen was a bit of a faff. My one other minor complaint was the nighttime noise from drunken people cavorting outside on Saturday night.
Apartment was simple, comfortable, well kept, and easily accessible. I had no troubles during my stay and no escalations to the House Manager.
Comfortable stay in a convenient location
The Wedgewood Barn was a perfect bolt hole for a few days away, the property had everything we needed and we very much enjoyed whiling away the hours in front of the log fire. Would highly recommend the local Pub/Restaurant the Red Lion but do book in advance.
Such a cosy cottage! Love that there was firewood available for us. There was also a parking space on the property, which was very convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cotswolds.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was the perfect home from home for a few days to escape to the country and explore. It was clean, comfortable and homely, with extra little touches. We’d definitely recommend to others and would love to return again in the future!
Perfectly comfortable and clean flat, well located. Perfectly located for Oxford (10’ train ride, one every hour); and Blenheim Palace (10’ bus ride, twice per hour, or 45’ walk along ‘community path’ through the Park), clean and comfortable. Good shower.
