This was a well designed and beautifully furnished cottage -ideal for two people. Great location and very comfortable bed.
Great apartment, bright and airy, very clean and excellent location to nearby places like Burton-on-water, Burford, Stow-on-Wold and much more. Also convenience of having a supermarket just across the road so don't need to even worry about packing the essentials. The flat is in a really quiet area as well so perfect to come back after a day of exploring to then relax in peace.
Fantastic few nights away for my mums birthday. Waking up to horses outside the window was such a pleasant surprise! Thanks for having us!
A very clean, organised and private space. It was exactly what I needed for my work week. Super comfortable bed, excellent kitchen and a cosy place to come home to after a busy day.There is a small store and excellent pubs in driving distance. The bus was relatively easy to catch and I had a day exploring Oxford (parking and driving in the city is NO joke).

Attractive design , uncluttered so it felt calm, comfy sofa and bed , spacious kitchen , nice sized garden .

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a delightful apartment within easy walking distance of the city centre. Nicky was exceptionally helpful in getting us anything that was missing but on the whole the property had been thoughtfully fitted out. Bed was super comfortable.
We had a great stay at the property over Christmas. Everything clean and tidy, beds / towels / linen all good, and house worked really well for our extended family Christmas lunch. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and no problem with anything at the property.
