The room was newly renovated and clean.
Beautiful home on The Hill located right in the heart of Burford. Wonderfully decorated and with everything you could need for a few nights it was a wonderful stay! Not to mention the most comfortable king size bed I’ve slept in - highly recommend this little cottage. Perfect for couples or someone looking to escape the city for the weekend.
We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights, and we soon felt at home. In the beautiful Summertown neighbourhood of Oxford, we were lucky to have beautiful weather of 30-33 degrees Celsius. The apartment is fully equipped, the information was clear, and the host responded quickly, comprehensively, and was always friendly.
We had such a wonderful stay at the Bolthole, the cottage was very charming, comfortable and cosy! The property was absolutely immaculate, well looked after, and all of the details were absolutely beautiful. We were able to access the property very easily from Oxford centre by bus as we did not have a car.
The cottage is amazing! So cozy and beautiful that made us feel right at home.
Great location along a picturesque canal, within easy walking distance to Oxford’s top sights. The flat is also beautifully situated between the bus and train station, with short walks to both. Would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant little cottage, so warm and comfortable! Great location too being able to walk into the grounds of the Blenheim estate was amazing. It’s also close to Hanborough station for direct trains to London and a short stroll to the very friendly village pub.
This cottage is stunning - warm, cosy and charming traditional feel (exposed brick and beams, log fire, gently creaking floorboards), whilst boasting an almost flawless modern kitchen and bathroom, all with immaculate cleaning and no clutter. Great design meant the whole thing felt totally cohesive; even with a toddler and a baby it was a joy to just be in the cottage.
Lovely and clean and recently updated, and very close and convenient to the friends we were visiting in Enslow. Would definitely stay again.
The Hayloft was the perfect space for our short break. Right in the middle of the village with lots of beautiful walks in and surrounding the area and a couple of really lovely pubs in walking distance. We also loved getting to meet the owner’s puppy, Eric who was
