We loved this charming spot in Woodstock. It was quiet, easy to find parking and everything worked. Everything you need is close by - shopping, groceries, restaurants. Blenheim Palace is an easy walk away to enjoy the beautiful grounds. We had a little trouble getting the key out of the key box when we first arrived but besides that we appreciated all the instructions left for us by the hosts and hope to stay here again on our next visit to the area.
The apartment was better than expected.
Perfect location for shopping and ice skating (there is an ice skating ring about 10 minutes walk away). And we enjoyed walking around Oxford University area everyday:) Highly recommended.
Booking experience - superb. At first, there was an error with Booking and then Airbnb booking. I was almost immediately contacted by the manager abd arranged everything. Very prompt communication and assistance. Townhouse is great. It would be lovely to have more dishwasher tablets. We booked for 8 nights or so and had just three.
Woodstock at Christmas is like a fairytale town and this cottage fits perfectly into it. Beautiful cottage right in the heart of Woodstock. Will definitely be staying again
We had a 5 night stay at The Bolthole and was a wonderful stay. The cottage was immaculate, comfortable and charming with cosy decorations and extra touches that really add to the cottage-feel. The living room was our favourite place to be in with lots of entertainment provided, such as books, board games and streaming services.
Absolutely loved this peaceful gem right in the heart of stunning slaughters. The pictures matched the property, everything was clean, easy to get to, easy hosts to communicate with. We enjoyed the fireplace tremendously and the tub, and the large lovely kitchen. Attention to detail in this cosy property with the décor was nice to observe too.
The flat was just right for the two of us. Very central and a five minute walk from Oxford train station.
