This was a delightful, well designed barn conversion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and exactly like the pictures. We met the hosts who happened to be there when we arrived (they live in the main house).

Beautiful location, within walking distance of many of Oxford’s sights, shops, restaurants and university campus buildings. Very clean, great amenities. Lovely backyard space where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Around the corner from the train station.
Struggled a bit getting up stairs as I am 6’4 . Only issue I had was toilet downstairs, bit of a pain middle of the night . Also would have appreciated more coffee and milk. I am staying in the Noke next week so prob same issues.

I stayed in the Exeter Room during my visit. Overall, I think this place was great. The rooms were well furnished and decorated, including the communal living room and kitchen. I was impressed by the level of detail that went into the design of the room. For the Exeter Room, the shower capsule is smaller than the rest so if you are of bigger built (say above 1.

Great base for a short stay in Oxfordshire/near the Cotswolds with plenty of room for 5 people. Good location for a few local walks or if driving around the area.
