The 18th UKFIET International Conference on Education and Development will take place from 16–18 September at the University of Oxfords’ Examination Schools. This year’s theme, “Mobilising knowledge, partnerships, and innovations for sustainable development through education and training,” focuses on how education can drive inclusive and sustainable change across global contexts. The conference will explore diverse sub-themes, including:

  • Skills and Knowledge for Sustainable Futures
  • Inclusion and Intersectionality
  • Climate and Environmental Justice
  • The Sustainable Development Goals
  • Systems Thinking
  • Learner Safety and Wellbeing
  • Mobility and Equitable Partnerships

These topics will be led by co-convenors from diverse organisations to foster cross-sector dialogue among researchers, policymakers, and practitioners.
