The 27th Annual Oxford Dance Symposium is taking place this April, at New College, Oxford.

The 2025 symposium centers on the theme ‘Dancing Objects’, inviting scholarly exploration of the interplay between dance and material culture. Researchers are encouraged to examine how objects influence and are influenced by dance, encompassing areas such as costume, stage design, and the use of props.
