Fosse Way Honey & Mead
Fosse Way Honey and Mead is a local honey producer that has been in production since the 1980s. They produce honey from 10 permanent apiaries sited near the River Stour. In 2016 they began to produce mead, with two different varieties now available: the Cotswolds dry and the Cotswolds buzz. These gorgeous honey products are available from their online shop and from many local stockists – it’s the perfect gift to remember your trip to the Cotswolds.
