Daylesford Organic

Each morning the farm at Daylesford Organice is abuzz with activity as the produce makes its way to the farm shop and café.

Seasonal vegetables, fruit and herbs are picked early from the market garden; artisan breads and delicious cakes, baked overnight, are delivered from the on-site bakery; organic milk from the British Pedigree Friesians herd travels just 30 meters from the dairy parlour to the Creamery to be churned into the award-winning organic cheese, butter, kefir and yogurt that is sold on site, and freshly laid eggs are collected from the Daylesford hens.

Even the real meals and soups are made each day on the farm in small batches, perfect for those who are short on time but still want to cook a fresh, organic meal at home.

The farmshop is a truly special shopping experience, with an abundance of fresh organic produce to tempt you for a home-cooked supper. The Home and Garden shop is a beautiful space to discover carefully selected hand-crafted items devoted to the love for the home, garden and art of floristry.
