Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find all three bedrooms one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC, as well as the family bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

The home benefits from a private rear garden with seating and parking outside the property.

About Wren House:

A bright and spacious living room with corner sofa, arm chair, side tables and a flat screen TV.
Downstairs WC.
Kitchen-dining room with dining table for up to six guests. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, eye-level oven, microwave, dishwasher, a selection of chinaware, glasses and cutlery.
Stairs lead up to the first floor.

First floor:

Family bathroom featuring a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom one: king sized bed with bedside tables and en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom two: double bed with bedside tables, plenty of storage for your belongings, as well as a desk and chair for those needing to work remotely.
Bedroom three: single bed with a comfy chair.
Dressing room with vanity desk and chair.

Other Information:

Private rear garden with patio and seating area.
Parking: Available on-site in the drive.

Bed linen (bedroom and bathroom linen comprising of bed sheets, blankets and towels).
WiFi.
Utility bills.
Weekly linen change if your stay is longer than ten nights.
Complimentary welcome pack including; Sachets of tea and coffee, small cartons of milk, dishwasher tablets (in properties where a dishwasher is available), additional bin bag, kitchen and bathroom cleaning product, tea towel, kitchen sponge and pan scourer. Enough to get you started.
