Veritas Cottage is a stunning Cotswold stone cottage located on a quiet, no through country lane on the edge of Ampney Crucis village.

Fantastic kitchen with French doors opening on to the garden and incredible dining room. Utility/boot room with separate washing machine and dryer. Downstairs WC. Beautifully appointed lounge with a wood burner and smart TV. The master bedroom has a super king bed and countryside views. Bedroom one also has a super king bed and Bedroom two has twin beds. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings including Egyptian cotton bedding and the fluffiest hotel towels.

Veritas Cottage benefits from a garden which overlooks uninterrupted countryside views, has a patio with dining furniture, lawns and a wooden shed (please note the garden is not yet fully enclosed so young children and pets need to be supervised). The cottage has parking for two cars and an EV charging point.

About Veritas Cottage:

Lounge furnished with comfortable sofas and easy chairs with a Smart TV and wood burner.
Fully equipped kitchen with French doors that open on to the garden. Smeg appliances including a full size fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob, ice machine and Nespresso machine.
Kitchen basics: teabags, coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, cling film, foil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, scourer, tea towels, bin bags and multi-purpose cleaner.
Dining room with seating for up to eight guests.
Utility/boot room with separate washing machine and dryer. Downstairs WC.

First Floor:

Master bedroom: super king sized bed, comfortable chairs, storage for your belongings. With an en suite with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: super king sized bed, comfortable chair and en suite with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 3: twin bedroom with two single beds and en suite with walk-in shower, bath, wash basin and WC.
All bed linens are luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton hotel quality. Guarantee an amazing night’s sleep snuggled under down duvets, feather pillows super comfy pocket sprung mattress?.
Bathroom basics: Rituals soap, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer.
Travel cot (please bring bedding) and high chair provided.

Outdoor Area:

Payment & Cancellation

-Non-refundable deposit of 20% required at time of booking.
-Non-refundable balance payable if cancellation is less than 30 days before check in.

Additional notes

Please also note that we are in a rural location. Public transport is extremely limited and we are not within walking distance of any amenities, although Cirencester is just a 5 minute drive away .
