Vanhall Barn is a fabulous contemporary house built in 2021. Professionally designed interior, luxurious linens and quality fixtures/fittings throughout. With four bedrooms (one on the ground floor with en suite) sleeping up to eight guests.

The open plan living-dining-kitchen area is a space for relaxing, socialising and enjoying the natural light that floods in through the floor to ceiling glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need for a long or short stay in the Cotswolds. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.? Also on the ground floor is a WC and a bedroom with en suite making it ideal for guests with mobility challenges. The further three bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the first floor.

Vanhall barn benefits from a gorgeous patio and lawned garden are surrounded by countryside views and is a great space for alfresco dining and for children to play (please note that the garden is not yet fully enclosed so pets and young children need to be supervised). The home has parking for up to six cars and EV charging points on site.

About Vanhall Barn:
  • Open plan living-dining-kitchen area with underfloor heating and a wood burner. The floor to ceiling glass doors make the room so bright and airy.
  • Living room area with comfortable sofas, easy chairs, dining table with seating for up to eight guests.
  • Kitchen fully equipped with Smeg appliances including a full size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob, microwave, ice machine and Nespresso machine.
  • Kitchen basics: teabags, coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, cling film, foil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, scourer, tea towels, bin bags, multi-purpose cleaner and iron/ironing board?.
  • A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.? Also on the ground floor is a WC.
  • Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor; super king sized bed, with an en suite with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
First Floor:
  • Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom): super king size bed with an en suite with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
  • Bedroom 3: two single beds
  • Bedroom 4: two single beds
  • All bed linens are luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton hotel quality. Guarantee an amazing night’s sleep snuggled under down duvets, feather pillows & super comfy pocket sprung mattress.
  • Family bathroom: bath tub, walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
  • Bathroom basics: Rituals soap, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer.
  • Travel cot (please bring bedding) and high chair provided.
Outside Area:

Payment & Cancellation

-Non-refundable deposit of 20% required at time of booking.
-Non-refundable balance payable if cancellation is less than 30 days before check in.
