The Warwick Suite is an elegantly adorned and fully-furnished two-bedroom apartment thoughtfully situated on the ground floor. This charming space offers all the essentials for a memorable stay in the heart of Leamington Spa.

The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area have been meticulously designed to cater to both short-term and extended stays. The fully-equipped kitchen leaves no desire unfulfilled, providing ample workspace. The cosy living room has a plush sofa, an inviting easy chair, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with seating for up to four guests.

In the first bedroom, you'll find a luxurious Hypnos super king-sized bed, which can be made into twin beds with just 48 hours' notice and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a standard single bed and convenient hanging space.The well-appointed separate bathroom, featuring a shower, WC, and wash basin.

The apartment benefits from private parking for one vehicle. There is no garden space with this apartment, but there are a number of parks and green spaces nearby.

The Dunara Suites are located along the Lillington Road in a residential neighbourhood, just a short walk to the town centre. The area is safe and the building is on a quiet side street. The apartments are only a mile from the nearest train station.

Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful town located in the heart of Warwickshire. The town grew into a spa town in the 18th century due to the popularity of its natural spa springs and there are excellent examples of Regency architecture. It has a number of parks, leafy avenues and lovely walks along the River Leam which flows through the town. Located in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, there are many places to visit in the surrounding area.
Leamington Spa is gaining recognition for its growing gaming industry, with several innovative game development studios calling this historic town home. Leamington Spa has excellent transport links. By road it is just off the M40 which connects to Birmingham, Oxford and London. There are regular bus and train services to London, Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford and the south of England.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a delightful apartment within easy walking distance of the city centre. Nicky was exceptionally helpful in getting us anything that was missing but on the whole the property had been thoughtfully fitted out. Bed was super comfortable.
