The Dunara Suites are serviced apartments just a few minutes walk from the heart of Leamington spa and a short walk from the train station (one mile away). They provide stylish and comfortable accommodation for a short stay or extended stay in Leamington Spa. The apartments are excellently furnished and equipped to a high standard for a stay of a few days, few weeks or longer.

The Stratford Suite is a stylishly designed two-bedroom serviced apartment located on the second floor. This apartment has an open-plan layout that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample workspace and is equipped with all the essentials for both short and extended stays. The inviting living room is adorned with a plush sofa and an inviting easy chair, complemented by a flat-screen TV. A dining table with comfortable chairs is thoughtfully provided for guests.

The first bedroom bathes in natural light, thanks to its generous bay window. Here, you'll find a Hypnos super king-sized bed, which can be effortlessly converted into twin beds with just 48 hours' notice. Storage space abounds, ensuring your belongings are neatly organised.

The second bedroom offers a cosy standard single bed, accompanied by ample hanging space. The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, WC, and a wash basin, ensuring your every need is met.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with lots of workspaces. Appliances include fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. There is also chinaware and utensils.
Bedroom one: large bay window, super king size Hypnos bed (can be made into two twins with 48 hours notice), built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom two: single bed and hanging space
Bathroom: shower, WC and wash basin
WiFi throughout the apartment.
Parking: Private for one vehicle.

Bed linen (bedroom and bathroom linen comprising of bed sheets, blankets and towels).
WiFi.
Utility bills.
Regular linen changes are carried out for stays over 9 nights.
Complimentary welcome pack including; Sachets of tea and coffee, small cartons of milk, dishwasher tablets (in properties where a dishwasher is available), additional bin bag, kitchen and bathroom cleaning product, tea towel, kitchen sponge and pan scourer. Enough to get you started.

The Neighbourhood

The Dunara Suites are located along the Lillington Road in a residential neighbourhood, just a short walk to the town centre. The area is safe and the building is on a quiet side street. The apartments are only a mile from the nearest train station.

Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful town located in the heart of Warwickshire. The town grew into a spa town in the 18th century due to the popularity of its natural spa springs and there are excellent examples of Regency architecture. It has a number of parks, leafy avenues and lovely walks along the River Leam which flows through the town. Located in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, there are many places to visit in the surrounding area.
Leamington Spa is gaining recognition for its growing gaming industry, with several innovative game development studios calling this historic town home. Leamington Spa has excellent transport links. By road it is just off the M40 which connects to Birmingham, Oxford and London. There are regular bus and train services to London, Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford and the south of England.
