The Oxford Lodge Merton Room

I took the previous ride for one night, and I met up with a friend the next day and stayed for a total of three nights for two nights. The room, living room, kitchen, everything was well equipped and nice. In the kitchen, the pantry and refrigerator were separated into each room, and I thought it was easy to understand because it was the first such type. It was nice to have a relaxing time. I’d like to stay again. Thank you!

Nice room, and well maintained. The location near to the station and big supermarket. I enjoyed my time there. The host response was quick and helpful. I highly recommend this room especially if any one come for the University of Oxford.

What a Gem!
The ease of an entry code being emailed well ahead of arrival & everything explained in it. The shared facilities were very well appointed even with a washing machine & dryer. The cupboard & fridge shelving well marked for each room. Our room even had a small fridge with tea & coffee. The supermarket was close so after weeks of travel it was lovely to home cook meals. There was also a green grocer, hairdresser & pub just up the road. We loved it. It maybe a bit far from old Oxford for some with the train station in between & stairs to most of the rooms. We are in our mid 60’s & love walking so wasn’t an issue. There were lots of buses passing the house so that might be an option for some people.

Lovely stay. Great place for the price

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and the shower spacious. The communal kitchen is really nice and very well equipped. It’s about 10 minutes walking from the station and 20 from the city centre. My room was facing the main road and it’s a bit noisy with cars and buses passing very close.

This is a lovely, cosy and modern en-suite bedroom in a house consisting of six bedrooms and a communal area. The house is situated next to a very busy road and there’s a lot of traffic even at night. Otherwise everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone.

My stay at the Oxford Lodge was lovely. The facilities were fantastic with a fridge and kettle in each room. The communal kitchen area was a great way to meet people. Conveniently located a short walk away from the station, I would highly recommend the Oxford lodge for short or long-term stays in this wonderful city!

We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips for things to do in the surroundings. The common room and the kitchen have great views to the private rear garden. We would definitely recommend it if you are staying in Oxford.

Very friendly host, great place, very clean. 15min walk to the center. Quiet neighbourhood with nearby shops. Kitchen is very modern and clean as well.

Lovely place, very clean, fantastic shower. Close to Waitrose for that last-minute dash to the shop.

Great location for walking to the city. I would recommend this location, it’s exactly as per the ad, clean, modern and safe with all the amenities you need.
