Our third stay in The Little Barn. A stunning property in a stunning environment. Sarah the property owner is very prompt with comms which makes everything so easy. Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay at this cottage in Lower Slaughter. The location is excellent, right in the centre of one of the prettiest villages in the Cotswolds and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The cottage was as described. The bath was huge and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed walking along the river, visiting nearby manor & villages. It was a lovely place to wind down for a couple of days.

We had the most perfect stay at The Little Barn. Great location in the beautiful village of Lower Slaughter. Close to other villages and great restaurants. The place was exactly as pictured and described. Expertly designed and so cozy, comfortable and quaint. Great attention to detail which made it feel like home. Would definitely stay again over and over!!

Woweeee! What a gem! I travel for work and can confidently say this is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. It was so peaceful and quiet which is exactly what I was looking for this round however you can easily walk to Burton on the water and access lots of restaurants, pubs, etc. The country slaughter inn is quite close and has excellent food as well. One of my favorite trips and will be back one day for sure. Also, the bath tub- cannot say enough.

We thoroughly loved staying at the Little Barn! It was spacious, well furnished, comfortable and in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary!

The cottage in the Cotswolds was absolutely perfect! The community was so beautiful, it truly felt like you were in a story book. Beautiful surroundings, great walking paths and close to a inn with a great restaurant. The house was everything we wanted and more. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The house was so peaceful to lounge around and read and relax. The bedroom and bathroom were very large and comfortable. Plenty of space for just a 1 bedroom home. The kitchen was gorgeous and had all the amenities you would need to cook. The bonus was the beautiful outdoor space which had a great fire pit and couch to hang out in. The house was situated right between 2 busier downtowns which was great to pop over and explore. We can’t wait to come back again.

This is a stunning property. The photos do not do it justice. I know most people don’t cook on this kind of trip, but we had been to a wonderful organic market and only one restaurant in the village was open, so we enjoyed the beautiful kitchen. They also left some thoughtful items to enjoy. The upstairs bath is enviable. The location is literally next to the two eating establishments and the church and the walking path to Burton on the Water. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Little Barn in Lower Slaughter. The cottage was perfect from the beautiful bathrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, this place had everything we needed. Best of all is the location. Situated on a quiet, private lane in Lower Slaughter, the home is in one of the most beautiful villages in the Cotswolds. Gorgeous walks are at your doorstep, and amazing restaurants are just a short drive away. My husband and I agreed that we could happily spend a couple of weeks there and hope to do that sometime in the future.

Designed with luxury in mind, it’s a perfect retreat for two, featuring a fabulous kitchen that’s a joy to cook in and a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings. And the bathroom is absolutely incredible – you won’t want to leave!

Amazing place to stay over New Years! The village is lovely and quiet but also near lots of nice villages where there are things to do/see so you can get a good mix. The house was beautifully arranged and so comfortable, it’s also the first bath I’ve found I fit in! We will absolutely be back to stay.

This was the most incredible air bnb. We had an amazing stay! The most comfortable bed and duvet, the largest and most relaxing bath, and a cosy fireplace. The surrounding area is stunning and peaceful. We would love to come back one day!

This place was a dream. The village is quiet and peaceful, with a couple of slightly more active villages very close by. So, excellent location. The Bell, a pub down the street was cosy with fabulous food (named one of the top pubs in the Cotswolds by Travel magazine). The place itself was adorable. Clean… Lovely layout, decor, finishes, objects. We had everything we needed and were perfectly comfortable and cosy. The goody basket on check-in was a thoughtful touch. Would very much recommend this place to a friend.

A little gem we are so happy to have found for the August bank holiday weekend. Such a peaceful setting in a picture-perfect Cotswolds village and the cottage is beautifully decorated throughout. The bathtub is phenomenal! Would 100% book again… it felt like a real home away from home.

This beautiful place in Lower Slaughter is in such a great location. It is walkable to Burton-on the-Water and Upper Slaughter. The kitchen amenities and all furnishings were as lovely as the photos. The bed comfortable and we had great communication with the host. Nice stay and would highly recommend.

This easily became our favorite Airbnb. The village is stunning, with the cottage perfectly placed in its center while still incredibly private. The bed is an escape in its own right, the kitchen a joy to use, while the size of the home provides nice separation. We certainly plan to return!

Beautiful shower room – luxurious sanitary ware, lovely towels, dressing gowns and toiletries. Clearly much attention to detail. Also the separate slipper bath. Lovely kitchen and thoughtful welcome pack, lovingly decorated. The whole property was stunning and thoughtfully and tastefully decorated.

A wonderful place to stay, loved the house and area, the house contain everything we need

This was the perfect place to base our adventures in the Cotswolds. We prefer quiet places and this was perfect. The village was small and walkable to nearby villages. The accommodations were the absolute best we have ever stayed. The barn is decorated professionally with a beautiful color palette, uncluttered, simple, comfortable. Attention to detail in every aspect down to the William Morris wallpaper and the fresh Cotswold butter waiting for our arrival. We hope to stay there again very soon!

We were delighted to find such a place near where we wanted to be – It was the perfect location for us to stay. Equally, the communication was excellent throughout. The property is in the heart of the village but its so peaceful, the sky is full of stars at night and we woke to birdsong.  Made me wonder why I live in London!!

Divine. Honestly the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Immaculate inside with the most beautiful design and eye for detail. I almost don’t want to say how good it is incase we can’t get in, in the future. A beautiful space in a beautiful location. Lower Slaughter is by its nature a key spot for tourists but this is hidden away off the main tourist road and we didn’t hear a sound or see anything from The Little Barn. Great walking and running routes surround the cottage. Airy, beautiful, immaculately clean – I can’t say enough praise for it and you won’t want to leave.
