The Fairways Retreat is a comfortable three bedroom three bathroom home, sleeping up to five guests in the Oxford suburb of Kennington.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with access to the rear patio garden. The first floor has an en-suite double bedroom, family bathroom and single bedroom. The second floor has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The home comes with an off street parking space for one vehicle.

Kennington offers excellent access for short-term stays: it sits just south of Oxford with quick routes into the city by bus, bike or car, while also being moments from the Oxford Ring Road for easy travel to the A34, M40 and local business parks. It’s a calm, village-style base with convenient links for both leisure guests and business travellers.

GROUND FLOOR:

The home is situated on a quiet side road with no through access.
Private entrance.
The front door leads into the hallway leading to the kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with chinaware and cooking utensils, washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric hob and double oven.
The spacious living-dining room has a dining table and seating for six, two double sofas, easy chair, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove.
Doors lead from the living room to the patio garden at the back.

FIRST FLOOR

Stairs lead up to the first floor.
Single bedroom with clothes hanging space and bedside table.
Family bathroom with bath and shower, WC and wash basin.
Double bedroom with king-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.

SECOND FLOOR

Stairs lead up to the second floor.
Bedroom three with super-king bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.
The home is centrally heated with electric hot water.

Easy to book and helpful staff. It was unfortunate that the television was only working on terrestrial channels using only the remote up and down buttons..no menu access at all.
Boiler timings were not correct…appears 3 hours behind actual time so heating came on at odd times including during the night.
However, we were comfortable there and would stay there again.
