The Conifer Studio is a newly refurbished ground level, well equipped studio, with everything you would need for a short or extended stay in Oxford.

The whole studio has been completed to the highest standard and no expense spared on the fixtures and fittings. Everything has been thought of carefully to make sure it is comfortable and homely. The whole studio has been soundproofed, you will feel completely separate. Set in a cul-de-sac, it is in a very quiet area with ample parking and a stones thrown from reliable public transport.

Entering the private entrance to the studio you will find the bedroom area with a comfortable double bed that can be folded away into a sofa if needed, and a small desk area with a small comfy chair. The sofa bed is not your ordinary sofa bed, this bed has been handmade by Cocoon and is longer than a standard British size and extremely comfortable with a thick topper on top of the mattress. (So do not let the sofa-bed put you off). The kitchenette area has a washer-dryer, microwave, small fridge, a hob for cooking as well as chinaware and cooking utensils - all you would need for a solo trip to Oxford. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin with walled mirrors.

The Conifer Studio benefits from off-road parking for one vehicle and does have an EV charger (additional fee for use.) The studio is fantastic for an individual who is visiting Oxford for a longer period and for couples looking to explore the wonders of Oxford for a short city break or weekend getaway.
