The Dunara Suites are serviced apartments just a few minutes walk from the heart of Leamington spa and a short walk from the train station (one mile away). They provide stylish and comfortable accommodation for a short stay or extended stay in Leamington Spa. The apartments are excellently furnished and equipped to a high standard for a stay of a few days, few weeks or longer.

The Beauchamp Suite is a stylishly furnished one-bedroom serviced apartment situated on the ground floor. This thoughtfully designed space features an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area. You'll find a plush sofa, a cosy easy chair, and a dining table perfect for accommodating up to two guests. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, chinaware and utensils, ensuring your comfort during both short and extended stays.

The bedroom has a spacious bay window that bathes the room in natural light. Ample storage options are provided, and you can luxuriate in the supreme comfort of a Hypnos super king bed, which can be made into twin beds with just 48 hours' notice. The shower room boasts a generously sized shower cubicle.

The apartment benefits from parking for one vehicle. However, there is no garden area with this apartment, but there are several parks and green spaces nearby for guests to enjoy.

Bedroom: Large bay window, a Hypnos super king bed which can be made up as a double or twin beds (48 hours notice required) and built-in wardrobe.

The Dunara Suites are located along the Lillington Road in a residential neighbourhood, just a short walk to the town centre. The area is safe and the building is on a quiet side street. The apartments are only a mile from the nearest train station.

Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful town located in the heart of Warwickshire. The town grew into a spa town in the 18th century due to the popularity of its natural spa springs and there are excellent examples of Regency architecture. It has a number of parks, leafy avenues and lovely walks along the River Leam which flows through the town. Located in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, there are many places to visit in the surrounding area.
Leamington Spa is gaining recognition for its growing gaming industry, with several innovative game development studios calling this historic town home. Leamington Spa has excellent transport links. By road it is just off the M40 which connects to Birmingham, Oxford and London. There are regular bus and train services to London, Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford and the south of England.
