Rawlinson Road 10B

We found the Rawlinson Road flat as described – very comfortable, well appointed and furnished, and wonderfully convenient to both City centre and Summertown by walking and by bus. SLS checked in with us regularly by email or message to ensure we were satisfied. We were pleased with our choice!

Looks just like the photos. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Would stay here again! Included parking is a major plus for Oxford.

I had a wonderful two days at 10b rawlinson. The flat was even more beautiful than the pictures of it on the Airbnb site. It was the cleanest, most beautiful, most comfortable Airbnb I have ever stayed in!!

Great stay in Oxford. Worth reading instructions regarding garden etc so as not to use non communal spaces by accident.

Lovely home, relaxing private garden after a day out and about. Beautiful neighborhood. Very safe. Everything about the property was lovely. Excellent communication and fast response times. I definitely look forward to staying here again.

Lovely apartment in a great location . Highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment. Well situated, quiet, tranquil, clean and very comfortable. Only one annoyance, the Wifi code provided was incorrect – the code on the details sent through was outdated, the new code, on a sheet in the apartment was incorrect by one digit – had a B instead of an 8. Took two hours of phone calls and fiddling around with the router to sort this out.

A comfortable place to stay.

Very nice apartment, tons of space, modern and clean. It is a bit far away from the centre, but there are buses so it should not be an issue for most of the people (20 min walk from the city centre). However, you should have this in mind. Highly recommend it!

Good location near to town with parking

My family stayed in this apartment during graduation week at Oxford, and it was the perfect space for small family gatherings and celebrations, and family photos in the beautiful back garden. It was easy to use and accessible. It was also very elderly-friendly as a space.

This Airbnb was a lovely place to stay in North Oxford. It was extremely clean and met our expectations as a comfortable and modern home to base our time in Oxford. The Airbnb is a good walk from the city centre so if you have mobility issues it’s best to catch one of the buses to minimise the walking distance. There was a coffee maker but no pods; and the nearest cafe is at least 10 minutes’ walk away! The main bedroom is large and bright but the second room is teeny, not enough room for two cases and it’s a small bed as well. As long as you are happy with this it’s a lovely place to stay and there are plenty of squirrels to watch out the kitchen window!

This was a great and beautifully maintained property with excellent amenities. The property has a beautiful yard, wonderful furnishings and felt like home. The yard was unfortunately only serviced once during my visit and no cleaning service took place, beyond a bed linen change in my 28 days. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location. We had a great stay at this property, it was in a perfect location. Easy check-in and place was well set up with everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. Couldn’t really ask for more.

We had a lovely stay! The flat is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and in a lovely location.

Fantastic place to say. Very large place for 2 people. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Mid and upper class area of Oxford. It is a distance from JR hospital. But a direct bus (14A) to the Hospital during weekdays, makes life easy for me. Close to the city , walk along the canal to the city is pleasant ( about 20 minutes). Highly recommended!
