Princes Street

I have stayed in quite a few airbnbs/short term accommodation places in Oxford and this one rates the best. I come quite often to visit a family member studying in Oxford and he comes to stay with me. A well equipped kitchen is really important to me and it had everything I needed. Bedrooms were comfortable. Nice backyard to enjoy the English springtime, very close to the Cowley shops and cafes, and a very easy walk into the centre of Oxford. For people arriving from Heathrow the airline bus has a stop very close by to this house.

The accommodation is located in a quiet location, the center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The house is very well equipped, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen, dining room, garden terrace and utility room. It is also suitable for 2 families, because one bedroom + bathroom is on the lower ground floor, the second and third bedrooms + bathroom are on the first floor, so they are separated by the ground floor and guests do not disturb each other. There are enough keys for individual entry. By British standards, this is excellent accommodation at a reasonable price. The host was very helpful and communicative, responding quickly.

Fabulous stay at this lovely property over Christmas. Fantastic location, lovely open kitchen and dining area and really cosy and clean bedrooms! Lots of hot water and 2 high-pressure showers. Finally, Robin was a great host! Gave us the guided tour on check in and was always on hand if needed. Highly recommended!

Very responsive helpful host. Lovely home, very well equipped , comfortable and spacious as well as cosy. Brilliant location on fast , regular and reliable bus routes into town . No need for a car. Would definitely return.

We had a delightful stay at this charming home! Perfect location, near grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the Mall and fabulous shopping! The house is simply charming! A well stocked kitchen, lovely decor and even a desk for working. Robin is a wonderful welcoming host. We will be back to this precious place!

Everything was just perfect. I have mold issues and this was the only place during my stay in the UK that had no mold that my body reacted to. I was so grateful to find the place. And the location was perfect for walking into the center of town. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available on my next trip.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, cosy, and just as pictured. The host was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. There were great amenities – we especially appreciated use of the full kitchen. The neighborhood is very walkable, convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes while still being quiet. Cosy and convenient. Just as advertised!

A great house in a quiet location but just minutes away from amenities and a regular bus route into the city centre. The host was very friendly and communicative about parking, check in and showing us around the property. The layout of the house is very spacious with a lovely garden and patio.

Very nice 3 bedroom house, clean, all needed amenities. The garden and outside space are great, area is nice and quiet as well. Definitely recommend.

The stay was fantastic. Robin, our host, was very accommodating and friendly and the space was lovely for a party of 5. The home is within walking distance of the city centre and has plenty of board games, books, and films to keep us occupied on rainy days!

Super nice and cozy place, great for short or long stays. Good connection to Oxford city center by various bus lines. Beautiful garden and patio. Great communication! The only thing that would make the stay even better is a small selection of tea and coffee . Especially when you’re visiting for few days it’s convenient to have a bit of coffee and tea to start the day. But all other utilities were there, especially great are various hair dryers, ironing boards, good internet and a very holy feel!

Robin the host was quick to reply to our messages and very helpful in co-ordinating our check-in and check-out to suit our plans. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very quiet but still within walking distance of all the amenities on Cowley Road and of central Oxford too

Very friendly and responsive host. The lovely old house is in short walking distance from the colleges and high street. Grocery shopping just 2 minutes away. Very comfortable stay- we would come back.

Great place to stay, lively area but quiet outside the house

Lovely house in a perfect location to discover Oxford. Though super close to cafés, restaurants and shops, the house was still in a rather quiet street. Owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend it!

This is a great place to stay in Oxford. We were a party of 6 staying for the weekend and had no problems at all. Very clean, roomy, well equipped and comfortable. It’s exactly as advertised in the photos. The open plan of the sitting room and kitchen could comfortably fit all six of us even if we had to social distance. It was great for conversations in the evenings.

The location is very good. Just over 100m (400ft) from Cowley St. which has everything you need, including groceries and all types of cafes, restaurants and bars. Poping down to the Sainsbury’s at the end of the street to pick up quick bites for breakfast or walking back only a minute from the pub/restaurants in the evenings was incredibly convenient. One of the best locations to get student experience. However it was far enough away to be perfectly quite at night.

Rob the host was superb. He was very relaxed, communicative, punctual, friendly and helpful. He gave us a full tour of everything in the house when we arrived and some great recommendations. He paid us really great attention to detail, leaving us a key for each room and enough dishwasher/washing machine tablets for our short stay.
