Primera Barn is one of four barn apartments in a new-build single storey building. Situated on a working farm near Witney, each individual one bedroom apartment provides calm, comfortable contemporary accommodation with thoughtful touches. The farm location makes it unsuitable for children and family stays.

Primera Barn is a stylishly decorated and furnished one bedroom barn with an open space living-dining-kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you would need for a short or long stay, with an oven, hob and fridge-freezer. The comfortable living space has a sofa, easy chair and flat screen TV with Freeview. There is a dining table and chair available.

The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double bed with plenty of hanging space for your clothes. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin, with luxury toiletries available. The barn benefits from electric heating and WiFi throughout and has parking for one vehicle (small commercial vehicles are allowed.)

The property is ideal for short or extended stays (business or leisure) given its location mid way between Oxford and the Cotswolds.

Complimentary welcome pack including; Sachets of tea, coffee and milk, dishwasher tablets (in properties where a dishwasher is available), additional bin bag, kitchen and bathroom cleaning product, tea towel, kitchen sponge and pan scourer. Enough to get you started.

Sheep have grazed the Cotswolds for centuries, making the area famous for its wool. The town of Witney, not far from us, is famous for the wool 'Witney blanket'.

A lovely self contained unit that was like new. The facilities were excellent and the cleaning staff very friendly. The location for a wedding at Caswell House suited us as we were able to walk back to the barn at the end of the evening (25mins)
