There is a communal garden with one section allocated to your apartment. The area is a lovely grassed area and a lovely spot in which to sit and unwind on a sunny day or a convenient spot for little ones to run around.

There is one off road parking space available for a 'standard' size vehicle. Large vans or oversized SUV's will not fit into the space available.
