A spacious and clean apartment in an excellent location. About 20 minutes walk to central Oxford and a close bus stop for those that don’t want to walk. Even found a great coffee shop (Brew) a couple of blocks away. The kitchen is well kitted out if you wish to cook. The parking is tight (make sure you park on the angle towards the right side fence to allow other cars to fit), but we appreciate it’s rare to find parking this close to town. The shops in nearby Summertown are excellent for food/cooking supplies and there’s a big car park there if you need it. Banbury Road is busy, but the sound insulation is excellent and you don’t hear much from the apartment. All in all we would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Oxford who would like a bit more room and is happy to self cater.
The location is great, just a ten-minute walk to the supermarket. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient to cook for yourself. Although the heating was not working a few days ago, the landlord fixed it promptly. I would highly recommend it.
Great location in north Oxford. Walking distance to Jericho and town. Spacious, comfy apartment. Great kitchen.
Good location, cosy and comfortable
MuhammetgulyAt first I was hesitant to write a review – I’m not sure we want to share this awesome find with anyone else! Everything was great from start to finish. The unit is up two flights of stairs, but they were wide enough to navigate with our luggage. Others have mentioned that the main bedroom faces the street and there is street noise – we stayed in this room and found no disturbance from the street noise. Even when we left the window open a little for some air. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We especially appreciated the built-in shelving and spacious closets. There is a bus stop only a few feet away from the driveway – I highly recommend the “one week unlimited” bus pass – made it quick and easy to get to City Centre or Summertown (which are both also walkable if you’re so inclined). The hosts were incredibly responsive – at one point the bathroom exhaust fan stopped working. Not a big deal but figured I’d let them know so they could fix it – which they did that same day!

JamieLovely flat – spacious, light and comfortable. Some road noise at front but very quiet at back. Beds rather hard and uncomfortable but that might just be us.
Parking was very convenient and very quick to get into Oxford
Great spot not far from Oxford city center, right on the bus lines, and also a reasonable walk north into Summertown. I like the way the flat was set up for work as well as relaxation: several bluetooth speakers to connect to, a large living room area conducive to conversation or just hanging out, and desk spaces for those needing to conduct business. The front bedroom might get a little noise from Banbury Road, but the smaller bedroom faces into the back garden and was completely quiet in my experience. Overall, a great spot to stay to explore Oxford.
