Great location with a great view, pictures don’t do it justice. Lovely little place with a very comfy bed.

Was a bit on the expensive side for a month stay. But would be good value for money for a week holiday.

A really nice, modern, quiet, well-equipped, property with an open outlook over green fields. 15 minutes walk into Witney town centre. An ideal base to tour Oxford and the Cotswolds. We spent a relaxing 2 weeks here and can recommend the property.

Enjoyed a relaxing break away from the city here with my partner. The property is freshly refurbished and, although small, is very comfortable and adequately equipped for self-catering. There are some very steep steps (c. 30) leading up to the main road and parking area which should be considered for those who are less mobile although there is a sloped driveway to the main house which can be used for dropping off luggage etc. A large positive of the property is a great view out of the large patio windows of the water meadow and we were visited by a herd of cows grazing twice a day which was very pleasant. There is a small patio area overlooking said meadow which is bordered by a wall either side creating privacy from neighbours. The property is attached to the main house so although we were not disturbed by the owners at all, there is a locked door in the living room that appears to lead to the main house. The bed and sofas are very comfortable and the bathroom is finished to a high standard. We were given brand new, high quality bed linens and towels which was a welcomed touch. There is a large TV in the living room and in the bedroom complete with netflix/amazon prime etc. Witney town is only a 15 minute picturesque walk away through the fields and has everything you’d expect from a small town. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite some initial disappointment caused by some minor grubbiness/crumbs present in the kitchen and a broken coffee machine on arrival. To the owner’s credit, communication was quick and solutions were offered within 24 hours.

WONDERFUL VIEW!!!! We were there 10 days during quarantine and having that view and the occasional cow parade was fun.

Great place for video / tv as there is a tv in both Bedroom and living room.

Internet worked well, as did the hearing. Abundant hot water to fill the huge tub.

The long and steep stairs to the apartment was my only unpleasant experience.

Bed was very comfortable.
