Outside Area
There is a large south facing patio area with ample space for dining and relaxing. It overlooks the owners lovely main garden which attracts many birds such as rooks, doves, and a friendly pheasant.
Parking
There is no parking on Cockpit Close. There is free parking for the first 30 minutes in town, then a minimal fee for parking via the meters for up to 4 hours. There is no parking charge in some areas between 18:00 and 8:00. Free, 12 hour parking can be found at Union Street Car Park, behind the Fire Station, off Hensington Road.
Please note: Domestic electric vehicle chargers are not suitable for use at the property and are strictly forbidden. You are liable for any damage or loss suffered by us due to your unauthorised use of domestic chargers.

We loved this stay. Right next to Blenheim Palace, comfortable rooms and beds, clean and very spacious. We especially loved the sunroom and the private garden.
Clean, comfortable and a place I would go again! The location was perfect for Blenheim Palace and Woodstock is a beautiful place. Everyone was so friendly in the area, it was clean and the lady who owns the property was so pleasant and helpful. You need a parking permit. There is no free parking and everywhere has max stay for 4 hours.

Three of us had a wonderful two week stay at High Trees Blenheim View. Our host Leslee was so welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. This accommodation was exactly as described and the location is perfect with easy access to beautiful Blenheim Palace and its lovely grounds for walking. The town of Woodstock, which surrounds the palace, is delightful with many shops and fabulous restaurants (The Punchbowl, The Back Lane Tavern, and The Blenheim Buttery were particular favourites and all a brief stroll from High Trees). The historic city of Oxford is just a short bus ride away (bus stop is a five minute walk from the house). Highly recommended!
Very homely. Beautiful neighbourhood. Grocery shopping just 2minutes walk away. Lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood. All amenities work.

DavidGreat location for a Cotswolds adventure. Woodstock is a beautiful little town and Blenheim Palace and its grounds have to be amongst the best heritage sights in the UK. Lesley the host is lovely and friendly and the cottage makes for a comfortable base from which to explore.

Well equipped, comfortable with a lovely patio to enjoy. Nice selection of restaurants and boutiques within a few minutes walk, as well as a supermarket for essentials.

ToniThis house was the best airbnb we stayed so far. Everything was wonderful . Perfect location to go for a walk to Blenheim palace. Easy to go to supermarket and many pretty shops around the village. Especially we loved morning time having breakfast in the spacious conservatory with pretty garden view. And the owner lady was so kind and friendly. Good and relaxing time in this place during approx 3 weeks.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and looks out over the UNESCO heritage site.
Everything was very clean and new and the wifi worked reliably.

This a lovely home from home. The location is ideal for exploring Oxford and the surrounding countryside. It is a few minutes walk to Blenheim Palace and park and we visited everyday. There are many local restaurants from which we enjoyed a few take aways. The garden is a real sun trap and is a joy to sit in. We are looking forward to visiting again!
