Geoffrey - Jan 2025 - Air B&B

Beautiful home and town. Lots of farm Paths nearby for walking. Relatively easy access by transit to Oxford and to London.

Bruce - Nov 2024 - Short Let Space

Second stay and as good as the first, faultless…

Susan - May 2024 - VRBO

Such a lovely house – we wished we could stay longer. Perfectly clean and everything we needed in the house. Beds really comfortable. We wanted to be tourists in Oxford and the house is very close to the bus stop so everything was easy.

Beautiful house, very spacious and light, comfortable beds.

Everything has been fab & the property just perfect! It had everything we needed. Our only piece of feedback is that the house is not good for people with mobility issues. The steps up to the house really difficult as no handrail & there were stairs between the double bedroom & bathroom without a bannister. But it’s perfect in every other way!!

A beautiful house, very well equipped for our families needs.

The home was warm, clean & comfortable. However, the location directions unclear. Add detail like ‘drive entrance on High Street, (not Friday Lane), opposite United Reform Church’, could helpfully be added. The oven on cooker didn’t work on arrival. Owner came the next day & fixed it. (Thank you).

We had a very pleasant stay at Friday Cottage. The house proved to have all the facilities we needed and was well located for places we wished to visit. The information you provided before we arrived was very useful.

Now I need to thank you again for the link to your website. It may well prove helpful for future visits.

Lovely property, very well equipped and furnished. Really nice to have the two living room areas, though we would have preferred the TV in the cosier room! The village is friendly and active, with excellent bus links to Oxford. Recommend this place
