This five-star, two bedroom apartment offers complimentary parking and is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the heart of Leamington Spa, with its vibrant array of cafes, bars, delis and restaurants.

Situated on the third floor of a converted five-storey Regency townhouse, the apartment is a prime example of Leamington Spa's architectural heritage. It has been luxuriously designed and furnished to the highest standards, ensuring it feels just like home.

Description

Charlotte Street is situated in a quiet side street in the centre of Leamington Spa. The sleeping arrangements consist of two double bedrooms.

Bed linen (bedroom and bathroom linen comprising of bed sheets, blankets and towels).

Regular linen changes are carried out for stays over nine nights.
Complimentary welcome pack including; Sachets of tea and coffee, small cartons of milk, dishwasher tablets (in properties where a dishwasher is available), additional bin bag, kitchen and bathroom cleaning product, tea towel, kitchen sponge and pan scourer. Enough to get you started.

Parking

There is private parking spaces behind the property, and there is also roadside parking.

Domestic electric vehicle chargers are not suitable for use at the property and are strictly forbidden. You are liable for any damage or loss suffered by us due to your unauthorised use of domestic chargers.

The Neighbourhood

Royal Leamington Spa, is a beautiful town nestled in the heart of Warwickshire.

Originally a spa town that gained popularity in the 18th century for its natural springs, Leamington Spa boasts stunning examples of Regency architecture. The town offers numerous parks, picturesque avenues and lovely walks along the River Leam. Its location in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside also provides easy access to many nearby attractions.

Beyond its historical charm, Leamington Spa is becoming recognised for its flourishing gaming industry, home to several innovative game development studios. The town also benefits from excellent transport links, situated just off the M40 for road access to Birmingham, Oxford and London. Additionally, regular bus and train services connect Leamington Spa to London, Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford and the south of England.

This apartment is ideally located just south of the town centre, making it a perfect base for exploring not only Leamington Spa but also the nearby Shakespearean cities of Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.

Getting around Royal Leamington Spa is incredibly easy, as the town centre is only about a third of a mile square. You can easily reach all areas of the town centre on foot within a ten-minute walk, allowing you to fully appreciate the stunning Regency architecture.

Sorry but missing or lost keys are charged at £50 per key to cover cost of cutting and re-instating to the property.
