With over four years of experience at Short Let Space and more than 10 years’ experience in customer service, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge & professionalism. As a Premium Property Manager, Laura plays a key role in overseeing our properties and ensuring they are maintained to the high standards expected by our owners and guests. Laura also leads the onboarding process for new properties joining the Short Let Space portfolio. From the initial setup and property preparation through to ensuring everything is in place for the first guest arrival, she works closely with owners and our wider team to make the transition into short letting as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Cristina Raduica

Cristina is a revenue, yield, and reservations expert with over 10 years in hospitality, specialising in short lets for the past 5 years. She ensures your property is competitively priced to maximise earnings and serves as your main point of contact at Short Let Space, keeping you informed on bookings and performance. Cristina also leads our bookings team, ensuring top-notch training and sales expertise. 

Lerato Maluka

Lerato has experience in customer service, bookings, and short-term property management, supporting guests throughout their journey from enquiry to check-out. She also has over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, specialising in social media management, content creation, and digital analytics. Her key areas of expertise include guest relations, Airbnb listing optimisation, content strategy, and using data-driven insights to improve engagement and occupancy.

Chris Senciuc

Chris brings 10 years of customer service experience to the Short Let Space team, with a strong focus on providing a friendly, professional and attentive service. As an Account Manager and key member of our Bookings Team, she manages enquiries, supports our homeowners and helps secure reservations for our properties, ensuring every guest and homeowner receives a high level of care.

Alongside her role in bookings and account management, Chris also supports our Finance Team as a Finance Assistant. She helps manage invoices and day-to-day financial transactions, working with accuracy and attention to detail to ensure everything is processed efficiently and correctly.

Valentina Mihut

Valentina is a dedicated property manager on our Client Success Team, ensuring your home is well maintained. She handles inspections, coordinates cleaning, and swiftly manages any maintenance issues while ensuring in-house guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. With a proactive approach and attention to detail, Valentina keeps everything running seamlessly.

Kelvin Fowler

Kelvin is a seasoned short-term rental expert with 15+ years in property management across Oxford and Oxfordshire. He oversees a diverse portfolio of 100+ properties, from countryside retreats to city apartments. Under his leadership, Short Let Space excels in customer service, using cutting-edge tech and marketing. 

Nasima Nagindas

Nasima is a key member of our Client Success Team, dedicated to ensuring your property is well cared for. She manages maintenance, inspections, and cleaning coordination while making sure in-house guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, Nasima helps keep everything running seamlessly.

Mandie Haynes

Mandie specialises in business bookings and works closely with relocation experts, insurance companies, and agents to secure longer-term stays for your property. She also negotiates rates to ensure they’re competitive for extended bookings. As an account manager, Mandie is your main point of contact at Short Let Space, providing regular updates on performance, rates, and any concerns.
