Aston Martin Heritage Trust
The Aston Martin Heritage Trust (AMTH) was established in 1998 as an educational charity dedicated to documenting, safeguarding, and commemorating the rich history of Aston Martin Lagonda. Initially, it began with a modest assortment of trophies, memorabilia, and their remarkable 1934 Aston Martin Ulster. However, over time, the collection at AMHT has expanded significantly, now encompassing more than 25 significant Aston Martin vehicles and prototypes, including the esteemed A3, which is the oldest surviving Aston Martin.
AMTH houses the world’s most extensive compilation of Aston Martin records within its archive. This comprehensive repository includes factory records, workshop manuals, photographs, publications, memorabilia, scale models, and various artefacts. The museum is located in the Barn at Drayton St Leonard and is open to the public. Due to limited capacity, pre-booking is essential. Within the exhibition, visitors can admire a diverse array of Aston Martin cars representing every era of the brand’s legacy, accompanied by captivating engineering displays and an assortment of rare and intriguing models. The museum frequently rotates the displayed vehicles, accommodating approximately seven cars at a time. As a result, each visit promises the opportunity to behold a distinct set of captivating automobiles.
