About Short Let Space

Short Let Space is one of Oxfordshire’s leading short-term rental providers. We manage high-quality properties across Oxford, the Cotswolds and Cambridge, working with both leisure guests and corporate clients.

We are growing — particularly in Cambridge — and we’re looking for someone who understands that content isn’t just creative… it’s commercial.

The Role

This is not a “just post on Instagram” job.

You will:

  • Plan and create performance-driven content
  • Capture video and photography on-site
  • Film and edit short-form social content
  • Support campaigns aimed at increasing direct bookings
  • Analyse performance and improve results
  • Work closely with operations and sales teams
  • Travel to properties regularly

You will have the freedom to generate and test your own ideas.

What We’re Looking For

You must:

  • Have proven experience creating digital content
  • Be confident filming and editing short-form video
  • Be comfortable in front of the camera
  • Understand content metrics (not just likes)
  • Be organised and proactive
  • Hold a full UK driving licence

Bonus if you:

  • Have worked in property, travel or hospitality
  • Understand booking funnels and conversion
  • Can show measurable results

Why This Role Is Different

We are a small, ambitious team.
You will have real ownership, real impact, and the freedom to shape our content direction.

This role will directly influence:

  • Direct bookings
  • Brand growth in Cambridge
  • Owner acquisition
