The Dunara Suites are serviced apartments just a few minutes walk from the heart of Leamington spa and a short walk from the train station (one mile away). They provide stylish and comfortable accommodation for a short stay or extended stay in Leamington Spa. The apartments are excellently furnished and equipped to a high standard for a stay of a few days, few weeks or longer.

The Shakespeare Suite is a two bedroom duplex apartment located on the first floor. This apartment is thoughtfully designed with an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, featuring a fully-fitted kitchen with ample workspace, a cosy and inviting living area adorned with a sofa, an easy chair, and a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with seating for up to four guests.

The first bedroom is conveniently situated on the upper level, adjacent to the living-dining-kitchen area. It boasts a sumptuously comfortable super king-size Hypnos bed, which can be made into two twin beds with just 48 hours' notice. This bedroom comes complete with its own ensuite bathroom, featuring a shower, WC, and wash basin. Additionally, on this level of the apartment, you'll find a separate WC and wash basin.

Descending to the lower level, you'll discover the second bedroom, furnished with a Hypnos double bed and ample storage space. This bedroom also features its own ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower, WC, and wash basin.

The apartment benefits from private parking for one vehicle. This apartment does not have any garden space, but there are parks and green spaces nearby.

There is private parking for one vehicle. Domestic electric vehicle chargers are not suitable for use at the property and are strictly forbidden. You are liable for any damage or loss suffered by us due to your unauthorised use of domestic chargers.

The Neighbourhood

The Dunara Suites are located along the Lillington Road in a residential neighbourhood, just a short walk to the town centre. The area is safe and the building is on a quiet side street. The apartments are only a mile from the nearest train station.

Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful town located in the heart of Warwickshire. The town grew into a spa town in the 18th century due to the popularity of its natural spa springs and there are excellent examples of Regency architecture. It has a number of parks, leafy avenues and lovely walks along the River Leam which flows through the town. Located in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, there are many places to visit in the surrounding area.
Leamington Spa is gaining recognition for its growing gaming industry, with several innovative game development studios calling this historic town home. Leamington Spa has excellent transport links. By road it is just off the M40 which connects to Birmingham, Oxford and London. There are regular bus and train services to London, Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford and the south of England.

From start to finish this was a fantastic stay. The advance particulars about the property were brilliant and contained a lot of useful information ahead of our stay.
The property itself is very nice and exceptionally clean. Checking in was very easy and Nicky explained everything that we needed to know. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.
