The Neighbourhood
The Oxford Lodge is located just 0.5 of a mile from Oxford city centre. It is within easy walking distance of the train station, city centre, Saïd Business School and Oxford colleges. Just across from the Oxford Lodge there is a large Waitrose supermarket which is especially convenient.
There is also a local parade of shops nearby offering produce, a wide array of fruit and vegetables, delicatessen, sandwiches and hot drinks, and a bicycle shop that offers tandems for hire. It was an amazing place to stay! A very comfortable, cosy and modern room, a beautiful house and great neighbours. I will definitely come back again and recommend this place. I felt at home and enjoyed my time. The owners are very warm and caring people and really created an atmosphere of comfort and home.
