Overview

The Cotswold Barn is a truly stunning barn conversion sleeping up to eight guests in four bedrooms and incredible views over the surrounding countryside.

The WOW factor in the Cotswold Barn is the huge, open plan, stone-walled lounge-dining area with vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and a magnificent open fireplace (underfloor heating ensures it stays warm cosy all year round!). Light floods in from floor to ceiling glass doors that open on to a patio.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen is a cook’s dream with everything you would need for a long or short stay in the Cotswolds. A modern wing (accessed via a short flight of stairs) houses the four spacious bedrooms. The master boasts floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views. The remaining bedrooms are all en suite and have comfortable and luxurious furnishings to ensure you have an amazing night's sleep. There is also a large entrance hall and a cosy TV room/snug located on a mezzanine floor off the main living area (accessed by a flight of stairs).

The fully enclosed private garden overlooks magnificent countryside and has a large, level lawn, perfect for children to play. Although please note that the patio area is stepped and not enclosed, so children must be supervised. There is also outdoor dining furniture and BBQ (charcoal not provided) perfect for the warmer summer months. The barn benefits from ample parking for up to six cars and there is EV charging point on site.

The Cotswold Barn is a truly memorable home to base yourself and your family for your Cotswold adventure.
