Mead View is a contemporary style detached home sleeping up to four guests in two bedrooms and offers free off-road parking for up to two cars. The home is located in the Marston suburb of Oxford just three miles from Oxford city centre by car, or 30 minutes by bus. The home is walking distance to local shops and offers easy access to the John Radcliffe teaching hospital and schools in Summerton and Headington. The home is also a short walk to open park land which is perfect for children or evening walks. The home is an ideal base for stays of several days up to several months for anyone relocating to Oxford for work reasons. Short Let Space will allow long stays with negotiated rates.

-Kitchen with dining table and seating for four, electric oven and hob, toaster and kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking utensils and ample cooking and food preparation space.
-Entrance to rear patio area.
-Bathroom with WC and wash basin.
-Stairs lead up to the second floor.
-Bedroom one with king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamps.
-Bedroom two with king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamps.
-Bed linen and towels provided.
-Bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
-Central heating throughout.
-WiFi.
-Easy access to Oxford city centre.
-Short walk to main John Radcliffe teaching hospital.
-Modern new build home which is warm, tastefully furnished and safe.
-Free of charge linen change if your stay is longer than 14 nights. For additional optional cleaning services please contact your host.

Parking

There are two free off-road parking spaces available.

Payment & Cancellation

-Non-refundable deposit of 20% required at time of booking.
-Non-refundable balance payable if cancellation is less than 30 days before check in.

We recommend securing travel and cancellation insurance when you make your reservation.

Additional notes

We don’t like the term ‘House Rules’ but it is important that we respect the local community in providing our home as a furnished short stay home, and we kindly request the following:

-No Hen or Stag parties allowed.
-Only named guests on the booking are permitted access. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please ensure that we have the name, email and telephone number of the guest.
-Some form of ID may be required on arrival to some of our short stay homes.
-No smoking permitted in the building or in the communal outside areas.
-We kindly request you to leave the home clean and tidy behind you with any bulky waste items removed.
-Please use the general and recycle bins correctly. The bins will not be collected if they are contaminated and a charge may be made.
-No commercial vehicles or minibuses are allowed on the site without prior arrangement.
-No business activity to be carried out in the home.
-The host reserves the right to access the property with 24 hours notice in case any emergency repairs are required or to allow access for gardening.
-Lost or missing keys are charged at between £20 to £50 per key for replacement depending in type of key.
