High Trees is a modern style holiday home with a contemporary country townhouse feel, located in the Cotswold town of Woodstock. It sits right against the edge of the Blenheim Estate. It is quiet and peaceful yet only a few minutes walk to the centre of town.. Sleeping up to five/six guests, the property is set in an amazing location with a large south facing patio, spacious conservatory and dining area. The patio…which is especially beautiful in the warmer months…looks on to the owner's garden and is bordered by beautiful old stone walls. The end wall, with its high trees, is that which encloses the Blenheim Estate.

There is a large south facing patio area with ample space for dining and relaxing. It overlooks the owners lovely main garden which attracts many birds such as rooks, doves, and a friendly pheasant.
Parking
On street parking in front of the property is typically easy. And the property has one nearby allocated space should it be needed. There is a town car park just around the corner and another about ten minutes walk away. Both with free 24 hour parking if you have a second car.

Woodstock is an iconic town in the Cotswolds. There is a great variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs within a few minutes walk. You are just a few minutes walk from Blenheim Palace and Blenheim Park.
With its glorious honey-coloured streets full of picturesque creeper-clad cottages and elegant town houses, Woodstock combines excellent modern amenities with olde-worlde English charm. Its charming centre boasts a museum, post office, two banks, numerous inns, tea shops, restaurants, a number of boutiques and local stores, along with a host of other services. Fresh produce, and a whole lot more, can be picked up at the local delicatessen.
There are major supermarkets just a few miles away and the property is within the delivery area of the Waitrose andn Sainsburys in nearby Witney. Blenheim Palace is within a stone's throw of the property, one of Britain's most magnificent stately homes with lush landscaped gardens and sparkling lakes, it is a designated UNESCO World Heritage site. The Palace offers walks and game fishing within its grounds and numerous other recreational and sporting activities throughout the year.
Woodstock is situated about 10 km from the city of Oxford. There is a regular bus service that departs every 30 minutes or so. The Cotswolds Area of Outstanding National Beauty is a short drive away and you are in the picturesque villages of Bourton-on-the-Water and Chipping Norton in just 20 minutes. Junction 9 of the M40 is 14km away
Oxford Parkway Station is 4 km away with a quick direct train service to London Marylebone
