ABOUT OUR SPACE
Hawkswell Gardens is a spacious detached house set in a quiet side street with no through traffic. The house is set back from the road with a front and rear garden, and off street parking for one car. The accommodation is over two floors.
The ground floor has a wood floor throughout and comprises of:
-Fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs, oven, gas hob, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with chinaware, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking equipment.
-WC with wash basin
-Spacious dining area with dining table and chairs.
-Living room with two seater sofa and two easy chairs, flat screen TV with DVD player.
-Study room with table and chair.
-Large patio windows that open onto the garden area.
Carpeted stairs lead up to the second floor which comprises of:
-Family bathroom with bath, shower over bath, WC and wash basin.
-Bedroom 1 with king size double bed and wardrobe.
-Bedroom 2 with twin beds, wardrobe and wash basin.
-Bedroom 3 with double bed.
-Bedroom 4 with single bed and desk.
OUTSIDE AREA AND GARDEN
There is a spacious rear garden which is enclosed and safe for children under adult supervision. There is a lawn area surrounded by shrubs and plants. There is a paved patio area for outside dining.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Hawkswell Gardens is situated in a quiet residential area with most neighbours being long term residents in the area. There are a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes just five minutes walk away along the Banbury Road.
There is off-street parking for one car. Parking is not permitted on the road around the property and commercial vehicles are not permitted.

-The downstairs area has a polished wood floor and we ask guests to remove shoes in the property to prevent damage or scratching of the floor.
-Parking is available for one vehicle only and no commercial vehicles are permitted.
