Accommodation Near Aston Martin Heritage Trust

Founded in 1998, The Aston Martin Heritage Trust (AMTH) is an educational charity that aims to record, preserve, and celebrate the history of Aston Martin Lagonda. It started out as a small collection of trophies and ephemera as well as their 1934 Aston Martin Ulster and over the years has grown substantially. The AMTH now cares for over 25 important Aston Martin cars and prototypes, including the oldest surviving Aston Martin; The A3.

Their archive holds the world’s largest collection of Aston Martin records including factory records, workshop manuals, thousands of photographs, publications, memorabilia, and models and artefacts. The museum itself is based in the Barn at Drayton St Leonard and is open to the public. Pre-booking for this is essential and the exhibition displays several Aston Martin cars from every era of the marque’s history as well as engineering displays and several rare and interesting models. They rotate the cars regularly as there is only room for around 7 cars, meaning you’ll be able to see a different set of cars with each visit.
