Bernwood apartment is a modern, well appointed two bedroom furnished short let apartment in Bicester, located near to the centre of town. The apartment is an extension to the owner's main home. It has been built to a very good standard and is quiet, comfortable and an ideal base for a short or long stay in the area.

-The accommodation consists of an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
-Leading off kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs to seat up to four people. The lounge area has a large sofa and chair with coffee table and flat screen TV and DVD player.
-The bathroom has a modern white suite with toilet, basin and thermostatic controlled shower over bath with shower screen.
-Bedroom one has a double bed, bedside units, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair.
-Bedroom two has two single beds with wardrobe and bedside table.
-There is off road parking for two vehicles.
-Towels and bedding are included.

Location
The apartment is situated approximately a 5 minute walk from the town of Bicester, in a quiet residential area.

Transport
Rail and Bus links are situated within easy walking distance so a car is not essential. Bicester is located 3 miles from Junction 9 of the M40 and has excellent transport links to London, Oxford and Banbury. You'll find Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Bourton on the Water or even the Grand Prix circuit at Silverstone all less that an hours drive away.

The Bicester Village Outlet Shopping Centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk away and with its designer outlets and restaurants it's well worth a visit. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways within the town itself and as the apartment is within easy walking distance from the town you will not need to drive anywhere, especially if you have been site seeing all day and just fancy a relaxing evening.

BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY
Between April and September the usual changeover day is Saturday, with a minimum seven night stay. Shorter stays may be available inbetween bookings and at other times of the year.

Short Break Pricing
Stays of less than 7 nights are calculated as follows:
3 nights: 75% of the weekly rate.
4 nights: 80% of the weekly rate.
5 nights: 85% of weekly rate.
6 nights: 100% of weekly rate.

Booking fee
There is a £30.00 booking fee (inclusive of VAT)
