Establishing themselves in Moreton-in-Marsh, the shop quickly became the talk (and taste) of the town, with Cotswoldians and tourists alike travelling from far and wide to sample the cheesy delights of the Cotswold Cheese Company. Their mission is to champion British Cheese.
