Oxford University Department of Paediatrics
The Department of Paediatrics was established in 1972. The department is a world leader in child health research and hosts internationally renowned research programmes in drug development, gastroenterology, haematology, HIV, immunology, neuroimaging, neuromuscular diseases and vaccinology.
With research facilities in the UK and abroad, we are able to work on a global scale, building a paediatric network in the medical science community.
The Department’s main office is located on the second floor of the Children’s Hospital in the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington, which is an eastern suburb of Oxford. Our property Norton House is close by the hospital.
