An attractive two bedroom first-floor apartment located in the fashionable Oxford area known as St Clements, just ten minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment is well-furnished and equipped, and very elegantly finished with an oak floor, white walls and lots of natural light. There are many good restaurants and shops within walking distance: it is only five minutes' walk from Magdalen Bridge and the High Street, and within easy walking distance of the city centre 1.5 kms away.

-The apartment is on the first floor. It is very light, attractive and modern, decorated in stylish neutral tones. Real oak flooring on the first floor and carpet in bedroom and hallway areas.
-The living area has a two-seater sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat screen TV.
-Bedroom one is a standard UK size double bed with desk and wardrobe.
-Bedroom two is a standard UK size double bed with wardrobe.
-The kitchen is fully fitted, stylish and very well-equipped with modern appliances and shelves for storage.
-The bathroom is elegantly tiled and has a bath with overhead shower.
-Wi-fi is included.

Local area and amenities
There are excellent local amenities for a self-catering stay in Oxford, with many nearby small shops (including newsagent, chemist and small supermarket) and restaurants. The full facilities of the city centre are only five minutes away. The beautiful green areas of South Park, Christ Church Meadows and Headington Park are nearby. Boat hire, including punt hire, is available at Magdalen Bridge five minutes' away, all features which make this an ideal choice for a short stay apartment in Oxford, whether an Oxford holiday letting or corporate booking.

Access to the city centre
The apartment is located on the main St Clement's street just to the east of Oxford, with frequent buses to the city centre and to London passing just outside. The city centre is only a ten minute walk and could hardly be more beautiful, taking visitors across stunning Magdalen Bridge straight up the historic High Street, with colleges on either side, to the city epicentre at the top of the High Street. It would be hard to find better placed holiday accommodation in Oxford or a more convenient choice for executive accommodation in Oxford.

Booking and availability
Between April and September there is a minimum seven night stay. Shorter stays may be available inbetween bookings.

Short Break Pricing
Stays of less than 7 nights are calculated as follows:
3 nights: 75% of the weekly rate.
4 nights: 80% of the weekly rate.
5 nights: 85% of weekly rate.
6 nights: 100% of weekly rate.
